323 MINORITY GROUP, LLC is a privately held and woman owned firm. We opened for business in 2019. Our primary focus is the automotive industry; however, we also cater to other industries such as, industrial HVAC components, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, steel processing, industrial WWTP, pulp and paper, mining as well as other industries.
Typical of most industries, the automotive sector is extremely demanding. It requires a strong supplier that can meet the continually changing demands of each facility and each process within those facilities. Our commitment not only allows us to meet our customers’ requirements, but to exceed them. Paramount to our success is our dedication to delivering the highest quality solutions while leveraging increased efficiencies for our customers. 323 Minority Group is a dream come true for Kelly Wilke, and the culmination of her preparedness for business. She is proud to have started this privately held women- owned business that is nationally certified. She is committed to help you and to service your companies’ requirements. Kelly’s ability to manage customer relations, coordinating and managing supplier/vendor relationships while delivering exceptional results sets her apart from the competition.
Kelly Wilke grew up in Sandusky, Ohio where she developed her motivational, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. She honed her entrepreneurial ability under the mentorship of her father who is also a business owner. This experience taught Kelly some of the most important qualities that she brings to the business world; integrity, reliability and perseverance. It also enhanced some of her strongest attributes: her passion for people, her willingness to be supportive and the capacity to make a difference, because of her outstanding follow through in all she does.
Kelly has many passions in life, one of which is golf. Sandusky High School did not have a girl’s golf team, so Kelly did what she always does, rose to the occasion and tried out for the boys golf team. Not only did she join the team but she became the team captain. In her true trailblazer style, she became, and remains, the only girl to ever qualify for the Ohio State golf tournament for Sandusky High School. In 2017, she was inducted into the Sandusky High School Hall of Fame.
Kelly’s hard work, leadership and determination earned her a scholarship to Oakland University where she continued to excel and earned a B.S. in Communication and Advertising. In addition, Kelly received many awards as a scholar athlete in college, most notably as a NCAA All-American and team captain.
Prior to starting 323, Kelly worked with companies to improve operational efficiencies and traceability. She developed and implemented processes and procedures to ensure project management goals are met. She also enhanced customer relationships with existing clients through effective communication and attentiveness to their requirements.
